We want to welcome you to the Thorens Support Center.
The company "Futurecat ® - Michael Karek" takes care of since the year 2001 at the needs of customers with devices made by Thorens ® and Dual ®.
In collaboration with the company "Thorens Holding AG" and the "Thorens Service AG" We take care of equipment from model year 2000.
Also you get of course after this service for devices built by us. Against guarantee or warranty repairs are performed exclusively by Thorens itself. These devices should be returned to the vendor from whom you purchased the unit. The device can also give us when we are transporting, for a service fee, arrange for distribution.
